Step 01

Define your green zones

Loading mine. Authorised wash bay. Depot HQ. Offload at port. Drawn once. The polygons live in the Galileosky 10's flash memory — not a remote server.

Step 02

PTO disabled outside zones

Trailer enters a red zone. The 30A 4-pin relay cuts the PTO command at source. The cab tip-button stops working. No GSM required.

Step 03

Battery-tamper / jammer / no-coverage

Jammer triggered? PTO stays locked. SIM removed? PTO stays locked. Out of coverage? PTO stays locked. The device doesn't ask permission from the cloud.

Tip + audit trail

Questions buyers ask before they order

Does PTO Lockout work when GSM is jammed?

Yes. The authorised green-zone geofences are stored in the Galileosky 10's internal flash memory, not in the cloud. The PTO relay is physically disabled outside that zone — jammers don't change device-resident logic. As soon as the truck re-enters the green zone, the relay re-enables.

Are you approved by major SA mining clients like Samancor?

Yes. GotYou's PTO Lockout solution is approved for use on Samancor chrome contracts. Our hardware (Galileosky 10, Teltonika FMC920, Hikvision G40PRO) and the green-zone tipping evidence pack meet the mining-client tender checklist published in our proposals.

What happens if the driver cuts power to the primary tracker?

The PTO relay stays in its last commanded state (locked) until the truck physically re-enters a green zone. The Galileosky 10 has an internal battery and continues operating after main power is cut. The hidden Teltonika FMC920 backup runs on an independent battery and SIM — the driver doesn't know it's there.

Which mining and cross-border corridors have you deployed this on?

How fast can a fleet be rolled out?

First truck installed, calibrated, and reporting within 14 days of order. Fleet rollout in batches of 3–5 from week 3, ~4 hours per truck and trailer. No vehicles off the road for more than half a day each. Top-mover hardware ships same-day from our JHB shelf.

Can my own control room see live cameras and tip events?

Yes. Read-only Wialon sub-logins for nominated client users, plus full API integration to display fleet units directly on the client's own platforms. Tip events, PTO activity log, and the Hikvision live feed (within SA) are all surface-able.
